Mooonit is a quick commerce platform offering female fashion products including clothing, accessories, and footwear with delivery within 60 minutes in Indore. Mooonit is owned and operated by Ravwolf Private Limited.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Mooonit. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions.

Account Registration

• •You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• •You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• •You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• •Ravwolf Private Limited is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

Service Area and Delivery

• •Service Area: Mooonit currently operates within Indore only.
• •Delivery Time: We strive to deliver orders within 60 minutes from order confirmation. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or high demand.
• •Delivery Address: You must provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Mooonit is not responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to incorrect address information.
• • Delivery personnel may contact you for location clarification. Please ensure your contact number is reachable.

Product Information and Pricing

• •We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices on the Mooonit app.
• •All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• •Ravwolf Private Limited reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• •In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders and Payment

• •Order Placement: By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products listed on Mooonit.
• •Order Confirmation: Your order is confirmed only after we accept your order and process payment.
• •Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available).
• •Payment Security: All online transactions are processed through secure payment gateways. Ravwolf Private Limited does not store your payment card information.
• • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or product unavailability.

Cancellation and Refunds

• •Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it is dispatched for delivery. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
• •Refunds: Refunds for cancelled orders or returned products will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• • For cash on delivery orders that are cancelled before dispatch, no charges will apply.

Returns and Exchanges

• •Due to the nature of quick commerce and hygiene considerations, returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy.
• •Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact to be eligible for return or exchange.
• •Return requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery through the Mooonit app.

• •If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please report it immediately through the app or contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

• • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using the app.
• • Harass, abuse, or harm delivery personnel or customer service representatives.

• •All content on the Mooonit app, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ravwolf Private Limited and is protected by intellectual property laws.
• •You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
• •The “Mooonit“ name and logo are trademarks of Ravwolf Private Limited.

• •We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• •To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravwolf Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Mooonit.
• •Our total liability for any claim related to the use of Mooonit shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

Force Majeure

Ravwolf Private Limited shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or technical failures.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ravwolf Private Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Mooonit, violation of these Terms and Conditions, or infringement of any rights of third parties.
